Q. How is this different from other diet programs?
Well for one, it’s not a diet. In fact, I’d consider it an undiet. We’re going to learn what causes emotional eating, binge eating, cravings and insatiable hunger so you’ll have the tools to take back control over what you eat.
The Nourished Body Reset will teach you to use a combination of intuitive eating (aka learning to trust yourself and your body with what you eat) and foundational nutrition so you can understand what effects food have in regulating appetite, energy levels and metabolism.
Q. How much time do I have to invest?
This is a 6-week course, and I’ll be dripping a new module every week. I try to keep each module under an hour, in quick videos and PDFs so that you can get the exact information you need as quickly as possible.
I’ve also created The Nourished Framework System—a step-by-step workbook that you get full access to day 1, which means you can get started right at the beginning with all the tools you need.
Beyond the modules, the time you put into it is really up to you. But I’ve created this course with your time and energy in mind, so each week is broken into actionable steps and key takeaways to keep you on track.
Q. Will I lose weight in this program?
Here’s the thing: this is not a weight loss program. However, if you have weight to lose, and you follow the principles in this course, you’ll probably lose weight. That’s because we’re diving into what causes hunger to become dysregulated, what causes your metabolism to slow, and what causes weight gain.
But beyond that, we’re also doing some deep diving into why we feel we need to lose weight and unpacking some pretty heavy belief systems around weight loss. So while yes, you might lose weight, you’ll also find food freedom, ditch the diet mentality that keeps you feeling miserable and finally stop living in a world of deprivation and restriction.

Q. Am I cutting out any foods?
While this isn’t a diet, and I’m not going to ask you to remove any foods, we are going to talk a lot about how certain foods play into our health and affect things like blood sugar, satiety, energy levels and metabolism.
I’ll teach you how to assess if certain foods are working for you so you can feel empowered to make food choices that benefit your health and your lifestyle. You’ll learn whether certain foods are best eaten in limited quantities, whenever you crave it or not at all, depending on your unique needs.
Q. Am I a good fit for this program?
Well if you’re here, reading this far down, I have an inkling to say yes. But I’ll tell you who I think is not a good fit.
You are not a good fit for this program if:
- You just want another weight loss diet. Sorry lovely human, we’re looking for sustainability and long-term success. This isn’t a quick and dirty weight loss program (although yes, you might lose weight!)
- You’re struggling with an eating disorder. While I think most of us have histories of disordered eating (myself included) and I have all the compassion in the world for you, if you currently struggle with an eating disorder, you would probably benefit way more from working with a professional trained in eating disorders, one-on-one.
- You don’t want to get uncomfortable. Ditching the diet and being told to trust your own gut can feel really unsettling. There’s comfort in rules and clear cut answers like “yes eat this” or “no, don’t eat this”. That’s not what you’ll find in this program. There aren’t rules here. Instead I’ll teach you how foods affect your body, and I’ll teach you how to tap into your own intuition so you can make educated choices, but at the end of the day, what you eat is up to you.
